Supply is a product surface
A marketplace with no listings is a sad search box. Airbnb made listing a place feel like a guided win: photos, amenities, calendar, price. Your MVP should make the supply side as designed as the guest side. Founders always polish the buyer app and leave sellers with a Google Form. That is why nothing fills.
Trust is a checklist, not a speech
Profiles, reviews, a real photo, a refund rule you can explain in one sentence. You do not need Airbnb’s entire Trust team in v1. You need identity, a review after the job, and a human (you) for the first disputes. Software later.
Search only after there is something to find
