Is your architecture actually HIPAA compliant?
We build with HIPAA considerations from day one: BAAs with all vendors, encryption at rest and in transit, minimum necessary access, audit logs on PHI, and session timeout policies. For formal HIPAA certification, you'll need a certified compliance auditor — we provide technical documentation to support the audit.
Which telehealth video provider should I use?
Daily.co is HIPAA-eligible (BAA available) and has the best developer experience. Twilio Video also offers BAAs. Zoom is NOT HIPAA compliant for patient sessions by default. We default to Daily.co.
