Frequently asked questions
How does GPS walk tracking work technically?
Expo Location tracks the walker's position every 10 seconds during a walk. Coordinates are sent to Supabase Realtime. The owner's app subscribes and renders the live path on a map. On walk end, we save the full path as a GeoJSON LineString for the walk summary.
