The app allows users to quickly snap a picture of anything they want to remember—a wine bottle that needs to be turned, a plant that needs watering, camping gear to return to a friend, or a document to revisit—and set a time interval for when they want to be reminded. After the chosen delay, the app sends a gentle notification with the image, bringing the task back to attention effortlessly.

Beyond solo use, ForgetKnot enables shared reminders between two people, making it easy to stay in sync on small recurring actions or collaborative tasks. Whether it's remembering to return borrowed items, coordinating on household tasks, or managing shared responsibilities, the app handles graceful follow-ups on both sides automatically.

The user experience is designed to feel completely effortless: open the app, capture a photo, set a reminder interval (tomorrow, in 2 days, weekly, or pick a custom date), and forget about it while the app handles the rest. Users can also add notes to provide context and set up recurring reminders for habits that need regular attention.

Built with React Native for a smooth iOS experience, powered by Supabase for reliable data synchronization and real-time updates, and enhanced with AI for intelligent reminder suggestions and image recognition, ForgetKnot creates a tool that's both practical and emotionally intuitive—helping users never forget the small things that make life run smoothly while maintaining a clean, minimal interface that stays out of your way.
